US Women quiz attracts 200 @ WPS 2016

Last Wednesday US Women hosted their Annual Quiz at Woodside Park US. 200 attendees from 20 different communities came together to meet peers from other communities and put their knowledge to the test during an enjoyable evening.

The quiz itself was a closely-fought contest as each team vied to be the winners on the night. The evening went down to the wire as Woodside Park and Cockfosters & N Southgate needed a tie-breaker to decide the victor, with the eventual winners on the night being the Cockfosters & N Southgate team.

A raffle was also held on the evening which raised money for worthy causes.

The Co-Chairs of US Women, said: “Once again, the US Women Annual Quiz was a huge success. It is a wonderful opportunity for our members to come together and create and reignite friendships with individuals from other communities that they may not otherwise have a chance to meet. Congratulations to the winners on the night from Cockfosters & N Southgate US and a huge thank you to our hosts Woodside Park US.”

Many thanks to US Women would like to thank Anne Shisler for organising the quiz and welcome Ahavas Yisrael who attended for the first time.
